Nutrition and wellness within your home
A private, in-home nutrition and wellness service across South East England. We come to your home, assess how your kitchen and household actually run, and build a plan that works around your real life — not the other way around. Good habits, solid foundations, and food that nourishes. Because nutrition should feel manageable, not like another thing on the list.

"Nutrition shouldn't feel complicated. We believe it should feel like coming home — to a kitchen that works for you, not against you."
What is Nourish at Home
Nourish at Home is a practical, hands-on service delivered by our team of registered nutritional therapists, educators and holistic practitioners — we come to your home, walk through your kitchen, understand how your household actually eats, and build recommendations you can genuinely live with. Good nutrition starts with food, not a prescription pad. We're here to set you up with habits and foundations that last.
Every package includes a discovery call, an in-home visit, written recommendations and a follow-up. Our goal is simple: make good nutrition feel manageable and accessible for every family we work with.
No clinic, no commute. Support in your real environment — pantry, fridge, supermarket and all.
Evidence-based, delivered with warmth and without lectures.
From fertility and pregnancy to weaning and family wellness — we nourish through food first, built around the people you feed.
Every package includes follow-up support — so questions get answered when they come up, not weeks later.

See All Packages & PricesA simple process
No clinic, no jargon, no lectures. A short conversation, an in-home visit, a plan built around your real life, and follow-up support so the changes actually stick.
A free 20-minute call to understand your life stage, your kitchen and what you actually want to change.
We come to your kitchen, walk through your pantry, fridge and routine, and assess how your household actually eats.
Written recommendations and a bespoke plan — meal plans, shopping lists, swaps and routines — built around your real life.
A follow-up call and ongoing support afterwards. Questions get answered when they actually come up — not weeks later in a waiting room.
The Nourish Edit
Every visit ends with the same questions. Which olive oil. Which jars. Which omega-3 is actually worth the money. Which weaning spoon doesn't end up on the floor.
So we wrote the answers down. The Nourish Edit is the food, kitchen and wellbeing products our practitioners genuinely put on clients' shopping lists — with the reason for each one, and nothing on the list because a brand paid to be there.
The Journal
Nutrition writing has a tone problem. It is either frightening or vague, and it usually ends with something to buy. We wanted the opposite — the same plain answers we give at a kitchen table, with the UK guidance and research shown underneath so you can check it yourself.
Ten articles to start with, across fertility, pregnancy, the weeks after birth, weaning, family life and perimenopause. No scaremongering, and nothing you need to be a nutritionist to read.
From our clients
The most meaningful feedback never comes from us. It comes from the kitchen table.
Having someone actually come to my house, walk through my kitchen and help me feel human again after my second baby — I still think about it. Knowing I could reach out with questions in those first weeks made all the difference.
Postpartum Recovery Reset
I'd been quietly dreading what to cook for my toddler. Walking through the fridge with someone who knew what they were doing changed how I think about every meal. Genuinely worth every penny.
Little Ones Weaning
We did Fertility Foundations together as a couple before trying for our first. The most useful conversation we'd had with any practitioner — and the most practical. We felt prepared in a way we hadn't before.
Fertility Foundations
Before you book
And if yours isn't here, ask it on the discovery call — that's what the twenty minutes are for.
We arrive, put the kettle on, and talk properly about how your household eats before we open a single cupboard. Then we walk your pantry, fridge and freezer together, look at what's already working, and note the gaps. You get written recommendations afterwards — swaps, shopping lists and routines built around the kitchen you actually have. It's a conversation, not an inspection, and there is no judgement about what we find.
We visit homes across Kent, East and West Sussex, Surrey and London. If you're just outside those areas, ask anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you, or whether a remote version of the package makes more sense.
Please don't. A tidied kitchen tells us nothing useful. The half-finished jars, the freezer drawer nobody opens and the shelf of things bought with good intentions are exactly what we need to see in order to build a plan that survives a real week.
It's nutrition and wellness support delivered by registered nutritional therapists, educators and holistic practitioners. We work alongside your GP, midwife or consultant rather than instead of them, and we'll always say when something needs medical input. We don't diagnose conditions or ask you to stop prescribed medication.
