Before you book

The questions we get asked most

And if yours isn’t here, ask it on the discovery call — that’s what the twenty minutes are for.

Book a Discovery Call

Visits & booking

We arrive, put the kettle on, and talk properly about how your household eats before we open a single cupboard. Then we walk your pantry, fridge and freezer together, look at what’s already working, and note the gaps. You get written recommendations afterwards — swaps, shopping lists and routines built around the kitchen you actually have. It’s a conversation, not an inspection, and there is no judgement about what we find.

We visit homes across Kent, East and West Sussex, Surrey and London. If you’re just outside those areas, ask anyway — we’ll tell you honestly whether we can reach you, or whether a remote version of the package makes more sense.

Please don’t. A tidied kitchen tells us nothing useful. The half-finished jars, the freezer drawer nobody opens and the shelf of things bought with good intentions are exactly what we need to see in order to build a plan that survives a real week.

The discovery call is usually within a few days of enquiring. In-home visits are typically booked two to three weeks out, though we hold some flexibility for postpartum families, where timing genuinely matters.

Our approach

It’s nutrition and wellness support delivered by registered nutritional therapists, educators and holistic practitioners. We work alongside your GP, midwife or consultant rather than instead of them, and we’ll always say when something needs medical input. We don’t diagnose conditions or ask you to stop prescribed medication.

No. Plans built on removal tend to last about three weeks. We work by addition and by swap — what could come in, what could be a better version of what you already buy. If a change would make your household miserable, it’s the wrong change, however good it looks on paper.

Yes. If you already have a plan from a nutritionist or another practitioner, we don’t replace it — we come into the home and help set it up and keep it going in real life: the kitchen, the shopping, the batch cooking and the weekly rhythm. Practitioners in private practice can also refer clients to us directly.

Packages & prices

Our four core packages start from £295 for the Nourish Shop-Along, £350 for the Meal Plan Makeover, £450 for the Pantry Reset and £795 for the Full Nourish Experience. Bespoke life-stage plans start from £375. The discovery call is always free. See every package and what’s included.

Start with your life stage — fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, weaning, family wellness or perimenopause and menopause. Each page shows the bespoke plan for that stage alongside the four core packages. If you’re still not sure, choose “Not sure yet” when you book a discovery call and we’ll suggest the right one.

Every plan begins with a free discovery call, includes an in-home visit and written recommendations, and finishes with ongoing support so you’re never figuring it out alone.

Gifts & vouchers

Yes. Gift vouchers are available against any package or as a custom amount from £50, sent as a digital card with your personal message on the date you choose. They’re valid for twelve months. New babies, weddings and the friend rebuilding after a hard year are the most common reasons people buy them.

Yes. Corporate vouchers are available for parental leave, executive wellness and client gifting, with 10% off for five or more vouchers and 15% off for ten or more. Orders of ten or more can be co-branded with your logo, and everything is invoiced on company terms.

Let’s talk about how your family eats.

A free, 20-minute conversation about your family’s nutrition. Tell us about your life stage, your home and what you’d like to change. We’ll suggest the right package — or simply send you off with something useful. No pressure, no card details.
